About Me

Are you feeling lost, lonely, confused, uncertain, depressed, or anxious, struggling to make sense of your experiences or identify what you truly want out of life? If you answered yes to any of these, I am here to support you. As a military spouse, I understand the unique challenges that can come with life transitions, uncertainty, and constant change. Finding a therapist can feel overwhelming, filled with questions of fit, trust and compassion. I strive to create an environment rooted in empathy, non-judgment and comfort, where you can safely explore your emotions and experiences.

I work with individuals and couples navigating a wide range of challenges, including traumatic experiences, grief, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, autoimmune conditions, caregiver burnout, and relationship concerns such as betrayal, communication breakdowns, and emotional distance. My approach is trauma-informed, drawing on EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to address trauma, as well as Gottman Method and Imago Therapy to help couples foster deeper connection and lasting relationships.

I believe therapy should be as unique as the person seeking it. I invite my clients to be active participants in their own healing—cultivating vulnerability, emotional awareness, and authenticity. It is an honor to walk alongside individuals and couples on their healing journeys. My goal is to empower you to embrace your story, recognize your worth, and step into a life that feels fulfilling and authentic. Through compassion, understanding, and tailored guidance, meaningful change is possible.
